Bitter is obtained from macerated absinthe plants,
with a thujone rate of 3.5 times the amount contained in normal absinthe.
Bottled in 100ml bottles supplied with a dropper
to measure the servings.
Pour 30 ml of ordinary absinthe in a glass, place the absinthe spoon on the glass and place a sugar cube on the spoon.
Ad six sprinkles of extreme absinthe over the sugar with the dropper and then light the sugar on fire.
Ad 60ml of cold water, stir and drink,
as it was done over 200 years ago.
A few mixing suggestions:
- Extreme Beer: pour 3 sprinkles with the dropper into a glass of beer
- Extreme Cola: pour 5 sprinkles into a glass of cola
- Absinthe: pour a few sprinkles of ordinary absinthe in a glass
- For Purists: true connoisseurs may enjoy pure extreme absinthe (20ml), diluted with 60 ml of water.
